SUMMARY:2025 Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The AGM is scheduled for Thursday\, October 16th\, from 5:30 pm.\n\nAt the end of each season\, Triathlon Manitoba’s Annual General Meeting provides an opportunity to reflect on our successes as well as our struggles and direction as a sport.  The AGM gives every one of our members a chance to participate in these discussions and help us ensure our sport progresses in the best way possible – the way that reflects the desires and ambitions of our membership. \nPlease join us to lend your voice to these discussions and help us make a stronger and better sport. \nThe following documents will be available on this page before the AGM\n2025 AGM Agenda\n2024 AGM Minutes (Draft)\n2024-25 Financial Statements \nThe Triathlon Manitoba Board of Directors will have several positions to fill this year.  If you would like to help ensure the success of our sport\, there’s no better place to contribute.  The deadline for nominations to the board is Tuesday\, September 30th\, with the following positions to fill: \nPresident\nDirector at Large x 2 \n2025 Board of Directors Nomination Form \nProxy Forms are available to those members who are unable to join the call but would still like to vote.  Completed forms must be submitted via e-mail or mail by Tuesday\, October 14th\, at the end of the day.  As per 4.9 Proxy Restrictions – No individual can hold more than one proxy vote for one specific meeting of members. \nThe Annual Awards Dinner will be held immediately following the AGM\, expected to start at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday\, October 16th. The dinner offers a great chance to recognise the outstanding achievements and contributions made throughout 2025 in our sport.  Our sport is filled with so many incredible people – please take the time to nominate someone you feel is deserving of celebration \n
