DESCRIPTION:Gear up towards Summer with Duathlons in May\nOne of Canada’s longest running multisport series\, the Birds Hill Duathlon in the Park Series returns for 2025. \nWhether you’re taking your first steps into the sport or a seasoned vet getting ready for big summer goals\, the chance to challenge yourself on Tuesday nights is a perfect way to start the outdoor season!! \nRaces take place across three Tuesdays in May:\nWeek 1 – Tuesday\, May 13th\nWeek 2 – Tuesday\, May 20th\nWeek 3 – Tuesday\, May 27th \nEach week\, there are four events to choose from\, catering to all age levels: \n \nRegistration costs as low as $15 for kids and $30 for adults when registering for the series. It’s never been easier to get into racing. All you need is a bike\, helmet and running shoes and your Tuesday evenings in May can be the start of an amazing summer! \nNOTE – Race Day Walk Up Registration fee is $60.00 per race. Walk-up registration is available from 5:00pm – 6:00pm on race day. No refunds. \n  \nREGISTER \n  \nRaces take place at the East Beach Parking Lot at Birds Hill Park\, with the following schedule for each evening: \n5:00 pm – Transition & Race Kit Pick-up Open\n6:15 pm – Transition & Race Kit Pick-up Close\n6:30 pm – Pre-Race Meeting for all distances\n6:45 pm – Tikes & Trikes\n6:55 pm – Kids Short Race Begins\n7:15 pm – Adult Event Begins\n7:17 pm – Kids Long Race Begins \n
