SUMMARY:Kid's Duathlon - #1
DESCRIPTION:Pan Am Pool is closed for a swim meet\, so let’s have some Duathlon Fun!\nOur Kids Program heads to the Exchange District on January 24th\, trading run/swim for bike/run workouts to make the most of a day without pool access.  The bigger venue means we have space for more kids too\, so if you’re keen to try multisport training\, this is a great chance to try it out. \nThe event will include warm-ups\, races and challenges all focused on biking and running.  We’ll use the indoor track and spin bikes available at the Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre.\nNOTE – Minimum saddle height for the bikes is 680mm from top of saddle to the pedal at it’s low point \nThis workout will take place at the Sport MB Fitness Centre\, at 145 Pacific Avenue\, which has indoor parking at the facility. Registrants are asked to check-in between 5:30 and 5:45 pm\, to give time to organize and change\, with our event starting at 6:00 pm. \nREGISTER HERE \nMore information on the season-long TriMB Kids Program can be found HERE. \n
