SUMMARY:Kids Program Bring-a-Friend Event
DESCRIPTION:Pan Am Pool is closed for a swim meet\, so let’s have some fun!\nOur Kids Program heads to the Exchange District on January 13th\, trading run/swim for bike/run workouts to make the most of a day without pool access. \nThe event will include warm-ups\, races and challenges all focused on biking and running.  We’ll use the indoor track and spin bikes available at the Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre.\nNOTE – Minimum saddle height for the bikes is 680mm from top of saddle to the pedal at its low point \nOTHER NOTE – If you don’t have a friend currently in the Kids Program\, but still want to take part\, please get in touch and we’ll get you involved. \nThis workout will take place at the Sport MB Fitness Centre\, at 145 Pacific Avenue\, which has indoor parking at the facility. Registrants are asked to check-in between 5:30 and 5:45 pm\, to give time to organize and change\, with our event starting at 6:00 pm. \nMore information on the TriMB Kids Program can be found HERE. \n \n
