SUMMARY:Kids Winter Program
DESCRIPTION:Train like a Triathlete Year-Round!\n\nOur Kids Winter Program runs October to April\, providing young athletes with the opportunity to participate in sport specific workouts led by great coaches. \nWinter sessions will take place Saturdays at Pan Am Pool from 9:00 to 11:00 am.  Starting with a run fitness workout before moving to the pool for swim training\, the program is designed to develop fitness and strength for all three sports. \nThe program is targeted at youth 8 – 12 years of age (Birth years 2010 – 2014). \nAnnika Niblock will continue as our head coach for the program.  Annika is a graduate of the TriMB Youth & MTC Programs\, competed in triathlon at the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games and is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies at U of M. \nFrom November onward\, Darian Hole joins our coaching staff.  Like Annika\, Darian is a former MTC athlete\, having competed as part of Team Manitoba at the 2013 Canada Summer Games\, and he brings a wealth of experience from his years in the sport. \nOur coaches are keen to help a next generation of athletes fall in love with triathlon by sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for our sport. \n  \nREGISTER \n
