SUMMARY:NCCP Community Triathlon Coaching Clinic Part 2
DESCRIPTION:Triathlon Manitoba is hosting NCCP Community Triathlon Coach Part 2 course.\nThis course is intended for coaches who have completed Part 1 including\, Coaching Beginner and Age Group Triathletes.  \nDates & Times: This is a two-day course including in-person learning as well as practical training.\n     Saturday\, October 1: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm (Covering Modules 2 & 3)\n     Sunday\, October 2: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Swimming\, Biking\, Running) \nMembership: 2022 Triathlon Manitoba Membership or membership in your home province is required to register for this course. \nPrerequisites: Coaches should complete the following before the course begins: \n\nEnsure you have and can access a  at ;\nComplete the free eLearning activity on The Locker.\nIdeally you’ll also have completed Part 1 module “Coaching Beginner and Age Group Triathletes”\n\nFacilitator: Pat Peacock \nNCCP Community Triathlon Coach is the starting point for triathlon coaches\, and completion of Parts 1 and 2 is the primary requirement to run a club\, workout\, clinic\, or camp sanctioned by Triathlon Manitoba. \nThe triathlon coaching pathway has recently been updated\, so this is an all-new course featuring new material and an updated practical component. \nThe full course consists of Part 1 and Part 2. Coaches will need to complete both parts in order to be qualified. Part 1 includes the module Coaching Beginner and Age Group Triathletes. Part 2 includes the modules Coaching and Assessing Triathlon Skills and Coaching to Events and is delivered a two-day\, in-person course.
