2026 Run Clinic
March 22
“If you want to run better, you need to move better.”
You’ve likely heard you can’t win a triathlon in the swim, but you can lose it there – and that’s largely true. But with its position as the final discipline in our racing, the run can always be the most pivotal part of a triathlon. A strong run can save a tough race or cap off a great one. Building an efficient run stride ensures you make the most of your energy late in each race.
To help our members move and run better, Triathlon Manitoba is excited to have Patrick Peacock and Christine McKinley lead these clinics and build towards a successful 2026 season.
This clinic will take place on Sunday, March 22 at the U of M Max Bell Fieldhouse, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm, and has been designed for adult runners from beginner to experienced – if you can run / jog 5k, you’re ready for this clinic!
Attendees should bring run clothes, shoes, water bottle and towel.
Cost for the clinic is $25. Space is limited, and will be first come first served, so register today and don’t miss out.
