CFB Shilo PSP Fitness Staff is hosting the 3rd annual Duathlon!
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or trying your first multi-sport event, come out and take on the challenge at CFB Shilo’s 3rd Annual Duathlon.
- Distances: 2.5km run, 20km bike, 5km run
- Date: Friday, 06 June 25
- Timings:
- 0830: Transition area opens
- 0845: Opening remarks
- 0900: Duathlon official start
- 1130: Time cap
- Location: General Strange Hall, CFB Shilo
- Eligible: Open to CAF members, DND employees and civilians
- Registration deadline: 28 May 25
