2026 Kids Program – Summer
June 1 - August 19

Kids Summer Triathlon Program
Our Kids Summer Program gives young athletes the opportunity to get active, build skills, and experience triathlon in a fun and supportive environment led by experienced coaches.
Running from June 1 to August 19, sessions take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Birds Hill Park (East Beach Area). Athletes will develop fitness and confidence across swimming, biking, and running, while also learning how to move between each segment of a triathlon.
Our Kids Program is where the love for triathlon begins. Built around games, skill development, and welcoming workouts, giving athletes the space to build confidence across swimming, cycling, and running in a fun and low-pressure environment. Each session is designed to leave kids feeling energized, capable, and excited to come back.
