Triathlon Tune-ups

Triathlon Manitoba continues its “Intro to Triathlon” series with two weeks of tune-up workouts, to have you prepared for summer events.
These sessions are designed for adult racers (for youth programming, see our Kids Summer Program), whether you’re taking on a new challenge this season or just want some tips on how to improve on past performances and build confidence for upcoming events.
What’s Involved?
- The coached sessions will include swim, bike, run and transition practice to prepare you for the season ahead
- Each portion of the clinic will be led by experienced and qualified triathlon coaches and / or officials
- As an introductory event, we’ll happily accommodate any pace for the activities
- Two 90-minute sessions will take place on Saturdays May 25 & June 1
- Sessions will take place from 9:00am to 10:30am each week
- Workouts will be held at the East Beach parking lot at Birds Hill Park (map below)
- Note that not all workout time will be active, some will be discussion (rules / pacing / nutrition) amongst the activities
