
2025 Awards Dinner

The Awards Dinner is scheduled for Thursday, October 16th, starting at 7:00 pm
Our Awards Dinner will take place immediately after the Annual General Meeting. A discount is offered to those who attend the AGM, so please join us from 5:30 pm to add your voice to our sport and save a bit on dinner too.
The awards evening will include a sit-down dinner featuring food from Urban Prairie Cuisine, as well as recognition of our athletes, officials, volunteers, and coaches, along with a look back at the past season.
AGM: Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the Winnipeg Winter Club, 200 River Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0B2 (there is no charge to attend the AGM)

As detailed below, there are several pricing options for the Awards Dinner, with discounts available to members who also attend the AGM beforehand, as well as to key volunteers who support our sport. Please select the appropriate category for your ticket.
AWARDS ONLY – a $30 cost is charged to those attending the awards dinner who will not participate in the AGM.
AGM ATTENDEE – a $5 discount is offered for TriMB members who will be attending the AGM before the awards dinner.
OFFICIAL / RD – A $10 discount is offered to TriMB members who will not attend the AGM but have served as Race Directors this year or were active as Officials at three or more events.
OFFICIAL / RD & AGM ATTENDEE – A $15 discount is offered to TriMB members who will attend the AGM and have served as Race Directors this year or were active as Officials at 3+ events.
NOTE: The registration deadline is Tuesday, October 14th, at midnight, as the kitchen needs to know the number of meals to prepare.
